Refund Policy

At Signature Book Studio, every project requires dedicated professional time, planning, research, creative development, and resource allocation. We encourage clients to review their selected service package, scope, timeline, and deliverables carefully before making payment.

Before Work Begins

A refund request may be considered only if it is submitted before work on the project has commenced and before the project has been assigned to our writing, editing, design, publishing, marketing, or production team.

After Work Has Started

Once work has commenced, all payments are non-refundable. Work is considered started when any project-related activity begins, including consultation, research, outlining, writing, editing, proofreading, illustration, cover design, formatting, publishing preparation, marketing setup, strategy development, or assignment to a member of our production team.

Revisions and Service Concerns

Although refunds are not available after work begins, we remain committed to client satisfaction. Any valid concerns regarding the agreed scope or quality of work will be addressed through the revision process included in the purchased package. Revision requests must remain consistent with the original project brief and agreed deliverables.

Third-Party and Processing Costs

Payments made to third parties, including publishing platforms, printing providers, advertising platforms, distribution services, ISBN providers, payment processors, or other external vendors, are non-refundable once incurred or committed.

Client Delays or Inactivity

Refunds will not be issued when a project is delayed, paused, or affected because the client has not supplied required information, approvals, feedback, content, or other requested materials.
